Looking for a fun way to use those leftover fat quarters?

Create a cute fun dress for little ones made from 7 fat quarters. This pattern comes in sizes 1 - 3 years, with several variations. For the quilter, or non-quilter, who would like to make something fun and funky. This project is suitable for elementary sewers. The dress can be quilted, smocked, embroidered, embellished or just left plain.
It's also fun to make in seasonal fabrics.
